The first elite housing project implemented in Bendery and throughout Pridnestrovie. It is located in the very center of the city, on the corner of Sovetskaya and Moskovskaya streets. Since the middle of the 19th century, when these streets were named Sobornaya and Pavlovskaya, respectively, this place was the building of the City Council.
